What counts toward your plan? One active main-member policy counts as one. A spouse, child, parent or other dependant covered by that policy does not count again. Approaching or passing the allowance shows a warning to management; registration and imports can continue while you review the plan. Branch and staff limits still apply.

How does the 15-day trial work?
You authorise a payment method through PayFast for R0 and use JenFlow fully for 15 days. Your chosen plan starts after the trial unless you cancel before it ends.
What counts as a policy?
One active main-member policy counts as one, however many dependants it covers. Lapsed and archived policies don’t count.
Can we change plans later?
Yes. Upgrades apply straight away and you only pay the difference for the rest of the period. Downgrades and switching between monthly and annual billing take effect at your next renewal.
What happens if we go over our policy allowance?
JenFlow warns management as you approach and pass the allowance. Registration and imports can continue while you review the plan. Branch and staff limits still apply.
Can we buy more SMS credits?
Yes. Each plan includes SMS every month, and owners can buy more in the app at any time.
How does the Launch Sale work?
Until 4 April 2027, every monthly payment is 25% off. An annual plan bought before then costs half of 12 monthly payments for its first year (Starter R4,194 instead of R7,129.80 at the normal annual price). After the sale, monthly payments and annual renewals return to normal prices; we email you before your price changes.
Can I pay by EFT instead of a card?
Yes. Choose EFT at checkout and you get an invoice with our bank details and a payment reference. There is no free trial on EFT: your workspace opens as soon as we confirm your payment, usually within one business day.
Is there a contract or cancellation fee?
No long-term contract and no cancellation fee. Cancel renewal from your account and keep access until the end of the period you have paid for. Annual plans are confirmed with you before they renew.
