Is JenFlow suitable for a small society?
Yes. The Starter plan covers up to 500 active main members on one branch for R699 a month, and dependants don’t count toward that number.
Can members pay by debit order?
JenFlow records payments made by cash, card, EFT, debit order or Pay@ against the right member and month. It doesn’t run debit-order collections itself, so you keep using your bank or collection provider for that.
Can we keep our existing membership numbers?
Yes. Imports keep your existing numbers and check for duplicates before anything is saved.
Who can see the records?
Each person has their own login and a role that controls what they can see and change. Important actions are recorded against the person who did them.
Can we get our data out?
Yes. Owners can export everything to Excel at any time, and for 30 days after leaving.
