Why we exist
Funeral parlours carry detailed family records, recurring collections and urgent service responsibilities. Too often, that work is spread across paper files, spreadsheets, messages and systems that do not speak to one another.
JenFlow brings those responsibilities into one workspace while respecting differences in plans, branches, household rules, staff structures and historic records.
Our product principle is simple: comprehensive behind the scenes, clear in the hands of the person using it.
A useful screen should explain the next decision without needing a manual.
Policy numbers, contracted premiums and imported history should not be silently rewritten.
People should see what their role requires, and important actions should remain attributable.
The platform must grow with the parlour without making simple daily work feel complicated.
