Issued by JENTEC GROUP (registration 2026/007328/07), trading as JenFlow. Rights that cannot lawfully be excluded remain fully protected.
Operator and scope
This policy is issued by JENTEC GROUP, a South African private company registered under 2026/007328/07, trading as JenFlow. It applies to JenFlow software subscriptions and prepaid messaging credits purchased electronically in South African rand.
JenFlow supplies digital services only. No physical product is shipped and no delivery charge applies.
15-day trial and R0 authorisation
The 15-day trial begins after an authorised person chooses a plan, accepts the subscription terms and completes a secure R0 PayFast card authorisation. No subscription fee is deducted on that day. PayFast stores the recurring mandate and JenFlow stores only its billing token, not the card number or CVV.
The displayed plan fee is charged automatically when the trial ends and at the selected frequency thereafter until renewal is cancelled. The customer may cancel online before the first charge. Changing the trial plan does not restart or extend the trial.
Digital delivery
Paid access is delivered electronically and is normally activated immediately after PayFast confirms successful payment to JenFlow. The checkout return screen is not itself proof of payment; secure server confirmation is required.
If PayFast confirms payment but access is not activated within a reasonable time, contact info@jenflow.online. We will investigate, restore delivery where possible, or provide an appropriate remedy where the failure is not corrected.
Recurring billing and cancellation
Before PayFast opens, checkout states the selected plan, billing cycle, amount due now, recurring amount, next charge date and that renewal continues until cancelled. The buyer must actively authorise that mandate.
Owners and authorised general managers may select Cancel renewal in JenFlow. We cancel the PayFast recurring mandate immediately, but paid JenFlow access continues until the current paid-through date. Cancellation of the JenFlow subscription does not cancel funeral policies recorded in the customer’s workspace.
Monthly and annual subscriptions renew automatically until cancelled. Annual customers receive reminder notices before the renewal charge.
Normal refund position and protected exceptions
Once paid digital service has begun at the customer’s express request, subscription fees are normally non-refundable. This rule does not exclude a right or remedy that South African law does not permit us to exclude.
A refund, correction or other remedy may apply to a duplicate, incorrect or unauthorised charge; paid service that was not delivered; or a material service failure that JenFlow does not correct within a reasonable period. Where ECTA’s cooling-off right applies to a natural-person consumer, it remains available unless the service began during that period with the consumer’s consent. Applicable CPA fixed-term cancellation rights for natural-person consumers are also preserved, including any lawfully permitted reasonable cancellation charge.
Approved refunds may be full or proportionate according to the circumstances, service already supplied and applicable law.
SMS and messaging credits
Prepaid SMS credits are normally non-refundable once credited to the workspace or used because the digital allocation is supplied immediately and upstream messaging costs may be incurred. Duplicate, incorrect or unauthorised purchases and legally protected remedies remain reviewable.
How to request a review
An owner or authorised general manager may submit a refund request from SaaS Subscription settings, or email info@jenflow.online. Include the workspace name, payment date, amount, PayFast reference if available, reason and supporting information. Do not email card numbers or CVVs.
Requests are assessed rather than approved automatically. Approved PayFast refunds are returned to the same payment method used for the transaction, subject to PayFast processing. JenFlow sends an electronic acknowledgement and a refund receipt when processing completes.
Access and data after cancellation
After the paid-through date, the workspace enters a 30-day read-only export window. Customers should download records they are legally required to retain before that deadline. Active customer data is scheduled for removal afterward, subject to legal holds and mandatory retention. Residual encrypted backups expire through the backup cycle within 90 days after the export window unless law requires longer retention.
