This document is tailored to JenFlow’s current service model. Final legal entity, registration, registered-address and Information Officer details must be confirmed before commercial launch.
What cookies are
Cookies are small text files stored on a browser or device when a website is visited. Similar technologies include local storage, pixels and software-development-kit identifiers. They can keep a user signed in, remember preferences, protect a service and help its operator understand technical performance.
This policy should be read with the JenFlow Privacy Policy.
How JenFlow uses them
JenFlow uses essential technologies necessary to operate and secure the application. The public marketing website is designed to function without advertising cookies. If we introduce optional analytics, preference or marketing technologies, we will update this policy and obtain consent where required.

Application authentication
The JenFlow application may use essential first-party or service-provider cookies to create and maintain an authenticated session, support Google sign-in, apply security controls and remember authorised workspace context. Blocking these technologies may prevent registration, login or normal application use.
Third-party technologies
Where enabled, providers such as Supabase, Google or payment services may set or read technologies necessary to deliver authentication, security or a transaction requested by the user. Their independent processing is governed by their policies, while JenFlow remains responsible for selecting and configuring providers appropriately for its own processing.
How to manage cookies
Most browsers allow users to view, block or delete cookies through privacy settings. Blocking essential cookies may prevent login and other core functionality. Browser “do not track” signals are not interpreted consistently across services; we will honour legally required consent and opt-out mechanisms that apply to the technologies we use.
Duration and changes
Session cookies ordinarily expire when the browser session ends. Persistent cookies remain for the period required for their stated purpose or until deleted, subject to provider configuration. We periodically review active technologies and will update this policy if categories, providers or purposes materially change.
